We've been going here for I think almost 2 years now, mainly for massages, chiro and physio treatments, and I always feel I'm doing better because of it. Today, I'm starting a new exercise regimen to help me with my plantar fasciitis as well as the arthritis in my knees. I am definitely now an "exercise" type of person, but I must admit I am pumped about doing them in order to get better.
